In productionPCB Assemblies
Surface-mount printed circuit board assembly built to your design files, from prototype quantities to repeat production.
We assemble printed circuit boards to customer-supplied design data using automated stencil printing, robotic placement and profiled reflow. Builds are inspected in-line and functionally verified before dispatch, and the same process recipe is used for the prototype run and the production run so results stay consistent.

Power electronics

Uninterruptible power supply and power conversion products, the specialisation our engineering team is built around.
Power conversion is where our design expertise is deepest. We are extending that experience into manufactured UPS products, combining in-house power electronics design, sheet metal enclosure work and PCB assembly under a single roof so that the electrical, thermal and mechanical design are developed together rather than handed between suppliers.

Interconnect

Custom wiring looms and interconnect assemblies built to drawing, for equipment integration.
Cable harness assemblies are produced to customer drawings and cut lists, covering crimping, routing, sleeving, labelling and continuity verification. Harnesses can be supplied as a standalone item or integrated into a wider assembly we are already building for you.

Product manufacturing

Printer product manufacturing, drawing together electronics, mechanical fabrication and final assembly.
Printer manufacturing brings our capabilities together in one product: control electronics from the SMT line, mechanical parts from custom manufacturing and sheet metal, and final assembly with functional test. This programme is in development and we welcome early conversations with OEM partners.
