Capability

Quality & Inspection

Three-stage inspection covering incoming material, in-line assembly monitoring and final pre-dispatch verification.

Quality is controlled at the point where defects are created, not discovered at the end. Inspection is built into three stages of the flow so that material, process and finished goods are each verified independently.

At a glance

  • Incoming material verification
  • In-line process monitoring
  • Pre-dispatch functional check
  • Documented results per build

Stages of inspection

  1. STEP 01

    Incoming and pre-production

Raw materials and components are checked against specification before they are released to the line, so supplier variation never reaches assembly.

  2. STEP 02

    In-process and in-line

Products are monitored during assembly to catch errors early, when rework is still inexpensive and traceable to a single station.

  3. STEP 03

    Final inspection

Completed goods are tested and verified immediately before packaging and dispatch, with results recorded against the build.
