Capability
SMT & PCB Assembly
High-speed surface-mount assembly with automated paste printing, robotic placement and multi-zone reflow soldering.
PCB assembly is our core production line today. Boards move through a controlled, automated sequence so that placement accuracy and joint quality stay repeatable from the first unit to the last.
At a glance
- Automated stencil paste printing
- High-speed robotic pick and place
- Multi-zone profiled reflow
- Post-reflow inspection and functional test

01
The SMT process
- STEP 01
Solder paste printing
Precise layers of conductive paste are applied through automated metal stencils onto the circuit pads, with print volume held inside a defined tolerance band.
- STEP 02
Pick and place
High-speed robotic vacuum nozzles position surface-mount components onto the wet paste, handling fine-pitch and miniature packages at production rates.
- STEP 03
Reflow soldering
Assembled boards pass through multi-zone thermal ovens on a profiled ramp that melts the paste and forms permanent, mechanically sound electrical joints.
- STEP 04
Inspection and test
Boards are inspected after reflow and functionally verified before they leave the line, so defects are caught at the stage they occur rather than at final assembly.
02
Equipment and automation
- STEP 01
Automated placement
Robotic arms, precision presses, conveyor systems and feeding mechanisms move parts through the line with minimal manual handling.
- STEP 02
Closed-loop control
Software-driven process control governs paste printing, placement, soldering and inspection, keeping parameters inside set limits run after run.
- STEP 03
Repeatable output
Automation is what lets a prototype build and a production build follow the same recipe, which is the point of an EMS partner in the first place.
