This policy explains what personal information AB Innovative Technologies (“we”, “us”) collects through www.abinnovative.net, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways.
- Information you give us. When you complete the enquiry form or the careers form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the nature of your enquiry or the role you are applying for, any message you write and any document you attach.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, for security and aggregate traffic measurement.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To assess a job application and contact you about it.
- To maintain a record of business correspondence and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- To keep the website secure and functioning correctly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to the enquiry you made.
Confidentiality of technical material
Drawings, bills of materials, specifications and design files you send us are treated as confidential. They are used only to assess and fulfil your enquiry, and are not shared outside our team without your agreement. If you require a signed non-disclosure agreement before sending material, tell us and we will put one in place first.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our email address by a third-party form service. Website hosting, email and any analytics are also provided by third parties. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics or embedded content such as a map is present, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep your information
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Job applications are kept on file for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete it where we have no continuing legal or business reason to keep it. Write to malleswar@abinnovative.net and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive material through the website form without contacting us first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
